Booking your stay directly with South Coast Holiday Homes is straightforward and ensures you get the best experience. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Explore our properties: Visit our "Our Properties" page to browse our exquisite portfolio of high-end holiday homes. Each property has its own dedicated page with detailed information, stunning videos, and beautiful pictures.
  2. Check availability: On each property's page, you'll find an integrated iCal booking platform. Select your desired dates to check real-time availability.
  3. Confirm your reservation: Once you've chosen your dates, the system will guide you through the booking process, detailing the payment required to secure your reservation.
  4. Receive confirmation: After completing your booking and payment, you will receive an instant confirmation email with all the details of your upcoming stay.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable booking experience, please take note of these key points before and during the reservation process:

  • Availability and payment: Your reservation is confirmed once the required payment has been successfully processed. Please choose your desired holiday home by selecting on the property link to provide the latest dates available online and the amount needed to secure your booking.
  • Cancellation policy: We encourage all guests to review our cancellation policy, which is available during the booking process and in your confirmation email. Understanding this policy will provide peace of mind.
  • Booking terms and conditions: Before finalising your booking, you will be asked to agree to our full booking terms and conditions and reply 'Confirmed' on your booking confirmation email. These outline the agreement between South Coast Holiday Homes and you, ensuring clarity for both parties.

  • Damage deposits: Please be aware that some properties may require a pre-authorised damage deposit. This is a standard procedure and the amount will be clearly communicated during the booking process. It is released after a satisfactory check-out inspection.
  • Pet fees: If you plan to bring a furry friend, please note that an additional pet fee of £25 per pet per stay is required. This helps us maintain our high standards for all guests.
  • Early check-in / late check-out: We strive to accommodate your travel plans. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability. Please enquire closer to your arrival date.
